Argel is an entrepreneurial Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California, a member of the AICPA, and a resident of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). He holds a cum laude B.S. in Accounting from the University of San Francisco and spent five years at Deloitte as an auditor and tax consultant, specializing in technology, supply-chain, and manufacturing sectors.

Before founding DTLACPA, he launched a startup that automated tax and accounting processes for micro-businesses and the sharing economy. Beyond accounting, he co-founded a small business in Downtown LA that offers innovative cheese tea drinks.

Outside the office, he enjoys playing basketball, indulging in Filipino cuisine, and advocating for the practicality of minivans.

Honey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 14 years of diverse international experience across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. Specializing in small to mid-sized companies, she expertly manages book setups, payroll, billing, and invoicing, and provides tax compliance and advisory services to foster high growth and success. She is well-versed in the latest technology and cloud-based software in accounting and tax.

After earning her CPA license, she worked with multinational and logistics companies across various industries, including e-commerce, consulting, and education. She now leads operations, delivering comprehensive accounting and tax services to startups and growing businesses.

Outside the office, she enjoys Netflix, playing with her dog, family bonding, and quick travels.

Aileen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with 15 years of comprehensive experience, adept in all facets of HR with a proven track record in setting up tech, eCommerce, and retail companies. Her strong background in the BPO sector includes working with call centers across multiple sites, serving partners in the US, Australia, and the Philippines. She excels in General Management, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Talent Management, and Total Rewards Systems.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she is not only certified in human resources and leadership but also in labor law, occupational safety, digital marketing, information security, and risk management. Her passion lies in building companies from the ground up, taking pride in business growth and helping individuals achieve their career aspirations.

Outside of work, she dedicates her time to her family, serving as a personal assistant to her ballerina daughter and enjoying relaxed TV days with her husband and a bag (or bags) of chips.

Mark is dedicated to assembling and leading high-performing teams that propel companies to new heights. His extensive experience in Recruitment and Sourcing has been honed at notable BPO firms including TaskUs, Microsourcing, Concentrix, ePLDT Ventus, and Convergys.

His business management background has been instrumental in building companies from the ground up, making him highly adaptable to various business environments. His strengths lie in a potent mix of analytical skills, robust people skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a knack for fostering outstanding company cultures.

Outside of work, he is often found engaging in sports or exploring local beaches.
